Sheila Nelinger’s co-workers consider her to be the epitome of a team player. With over 17 years of experience at MPTF, she works as an Accountant for Resident Business Services. A kind and caring spirit who genuinely cares about MPTF residents and her co-workers alike, Sheila rarely becomes rattled by difficult situations. Sheila enjoys going out of her way to assist residents and their families in any way that she can. Sheila exhibits all the service excellence values and is a great pleasure to work with. Her reliability and devotion to her work, the residents and MPTF makes her a wonderful asset to the Fund.

Philomene Simon, Nursing
As a CNA in the Nursing Float Pool at MPTF for almost 3 years, Philomene Simon’s extremely positive attitude always shines through which makes working with her pure pleasure. Funny and creative, Philomene is a team player and comes prepared to do any task, assigned to her — or not. Viewed as a role model by her peers due to her strong work ethic, they always look forward to her placement in their department. Philomene is reliable and enthusiastic about her job which makes her a valuable asset to the MPTF team.
