The H1N1 flu vaccine is available at each of the seven health centers by appointment only while supplies last. Please contact your MPTF Health center to make an appointment.

Eligibility: We have received more H1N1 flu vaccine. Both Seasonal flu and H1N1 flu vaccine are now available for any entertainment industry member age 13 and over.

Cost: The cost of the H1N1 flu vaccine is $25 if not covered by your insurance plan. Please check with your individual plan to review your coverage.
