About Channel 22
"The Motion Picture & Television Fund is
filled with some of the most creative people in the business, many of
whom are pioneers in their fields. It only makes sense that we would
have a way for them to continue to be a part of the industry and also
celebrate their past." Mel Shavelson
The Goal: Provide opportunities for residents and industry volunteers to develop and create
programing that serves the MPTF residential community through education, information, and
entertainment programs, while integrating junior volunteers into the process, thereby preserving the
tradition of shared knowledge inherent to the entertainment industry.

Channel 22 Staff
- Jennifer Clymer | Executive Producer
- In 1999 Jennifer moved to Los Angeles and began freelancing and volunteering from time to time for MPTF. Since 2006 she has been focused on creating
opportunities for the residents of the Motion Picture & Television Fund’s Wasserman campus through the internal TV station, Channel 22.
Encouraging the residents to bring their ideas to fruition on the television station and reaching out to the entertainment community
for support is exciting work.
Jennifer’s work in entertainment production spans over 20 years. Starting in theatre and radio and transistioning into advertising production in Chicago, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film. Her film credits include festival award winning independent
films and major motion picture productions with Sony Pictures.
